We’ve put together some helpful details to make your Convention experience smooth and enjoyable – take a look before you arrive!
Meet-up for Mission Partners
Each week during the Convention, we host a special afternoon reception for anyone involved in mission work – whether serving at home or overseas. It is an opportunity to come aside during, what can be, a busy week and enjoy time with others working on the mission field.
Expect a warm and welcoming space where you can:
- Connect with fellow mission partners

- Share with others about the joys and challenges of ministry
- Pray together and encourage one another
What’s Included?
- Light refreshments and nibbles
- A short, encouraging talk from one of our Convention speakers.
How to Join
Please sign up at Convention Reception when you arrive on site.
Child Care Provision
Bringing your family? No problem! While you attend the reception, our Kids & Youth team will provide fun activities for children age 3 and over. They’ll make it a great afternoon – possibly including a trip to the lake or a game of crazy golf!
To allow off-site activities, you’ll need to complete a child registration form and give permission. Forms are available at Convention Reception.
Meet-up for Relatives of Missionaries
We understand that attending the Convention is an opportunity to enjoy time with wider family members and we are aware that a number of missionaries come to the Convention with parents, grandparents, siblings etc.
This Meet-up for Relatives of Missionaries is for family members of mission partners to provide an opportunity to chat and connect with others who have loved ones serving God around the world. This is a great opportunity for those whose children, grandchildren, brothers or sisters are living and working overseas to get together and share fellowship, experiences and ideas. There will be some input on how family members can support their loved ones well, but also how they can be supported themselves.
If you have family members joining you at the Convention, this may be something that they will find beneficial.
The reception is held one afternoon each week of the Convention and registration for this is at Convention Reception.
Early Kids & Youth Registration
The Convention programme is free and open to everyone. However, children and youth aged 3-18 years must be registered for their groups.
Spaces are limited, so parents are encouraged to sign up as soon as possible after registration opens in May 2026.
Because you’ve received a Hospitality Grant, you’ll get early access! We’ll email you a few days before registration opens with a link to register your children before general registration opens to everyone else.
